Create a survey and review responses
Collect structured customer feedback and connect it to known contacts where available.
See it in Leado
What you’ll achieve
- A tested survey whose question paths, response records, known-contact links, and reporting answer one stated decision.
Follow the workflow
-
1
Open Actions → Surveys
Create a survey and state the decision the answers should inform.
-
2
Add focused questions
Use a short mix of choice, rating, and open-text questions. Avoid asking for data you will not use.
-
3
Configure presentation
Set introduction, progress, required fields, thank-you state, and any follow-up destination.
-
4
Preview every path
Test answer options, conditional behavior, validation, mobile layout, and submission.
-
5
Publish the survey
Share or activate it only after privacy and consent language match the questions.
-
6
Review results
Open survey results to compare views, responses, response rate, answer distribution, and known contacts. Read open text in context and do not treat a small self-selected sample as representative.
Verify your work
- Every question and conditional path can be completed on mobile and desktop
- A test response appears once with the expected answers and contact link where identification is available
- Results show the intended views, responses, response rate, and distributions
If something doesn’t look right
A conditional path is unreachable
Review answer values, required questions, and branching rules.
A response is missing
Confirm the live survey was submitted successfully in the selected workspace.
A respondent is anonymous
Identification requires an available consent-compatible contact or website identity signal.
Limitations and safeguards
Survey results can reflect self-selection, small samples, wording effects, and anonymous responses; Leado reports collected answers but does not make the sample representative.
